Description of Work: Steve Boyd is an artist with wood. He removed an old saggy deck and built a new one for us that is gorgeous. It really improved the look of the house. This was not my first project with Steve. I recommend him without hesitation.

The Boyd team was always punctual and very professional. They are extremely thorough and pat close attention to details. They kept us updated every step of the way and encouraged our input in the process. Outstanding job!

This was an excellent experience. Originally I was only contracting Boyd Construction for the one master bathroom. It came out so good that I did the second main bathroom too. Steve Boyd who is the owner keeps in touch with all the work that is contracted. His employees are courteous and professional. They clean up every day before they leave no matter where they are in the job. Jen who quotes all the work is a great contact who kept me up to date on every activity so that we were always prepared to know what was next. Coordination was good and the final work met all my expectations. If there are any issues they immediately respond and correct them.
Description of Work: Remodeled two bathrooms consisting of new ceramic flooring, granite and marbal counter tops, fixtures, and plumbing.

We received quotes from three different contractors before we started our kitchen project and decided that Boyd Construction combined the best design and the best price compared to the others. We also were impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of Steve Boyd and his designer, Betty Nairn at Cabinet-S-Top. The project went smoothly from beginning to end with the least possible disruption. Steve and his crew, Adam and Nate, kept the dust to a minimum and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen at the end of each day. They always showed up on time at 8:00 and worked until 5:00 unlike contractors that we have hired for past projects. From beginning to end the project took approximately four weeks, but part of this time was waiting for the installation of our Cambria counter tops which was performed by Cambria's own contractor. While losing the use of our kitchen for a month was inconvenient we are thrilled with the end result and very pleased with the work that Boyd Construction performed. We are planning a master bath remodel next year and will definitely use Boyd Construction. I would recommend that anyone in the Akron area planning a remodeling project consider Boyd Construction for their work.
Description of Work: Boyd Construction did a complete kitchen redesign and remodel for us. This included complete demolition of the old kitchen and installation of new cabinets, counters, appliances and lighting, plus wiring, plumbing, floor refinishing and painting. The price above does not include the cost of appliances (refrigerator, range, range hood, microwave and dishwasher).

Incredible-It was the best servcie I have ever received. Cooperative, Puntual and polite, CLean up and Making use of Kitchen as much as possible for as long as possible HAd a few miscommunications and fixed them right up. Added extra lighting Steve Boyd Is a Great remodeler--I will use again and recommend He also sent a Fruit basket with some doggie treats for the dog after job completed
Description of Work: Demo the kitchen, pulled old cupborads flooring, lighting, appliances. Left those hooked up as long as possible for us to use Workspace cleaned each day, prompt arrival and follow through on everything and helped coordinate cabinet delivery Replaced ceiling lights and installed electric for rope lighting. Laid tile flooring and grouted , replaced baseboard trim and neatly painted shoe molding INstalled all cabinets and appliances, Installed new gas line Refaced a peninsula EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP

Terrific. Outstanding! The bar for contractors has been set to a new high. Extremely professional and competent. High attention to detail, creative, problem solvers, reliable, neat and tidy. Expensive but worth every penny.
Description of Work: Complete renovation of kitchen. Assisted with design, took room down to studs, repaired water damage, add insulation, drywall electrical, installed appliances and cabinets, painted, detailed plus finish work.

Company did a neat, efficient job of tearing out our old kitchen. They moved appliances and set them up in our family room so that we could continue having meals at home. They arrived promptly, cleaned up at the end of every work day. They helped us design a new layout of cabinets and select style and colors. Also helped with granite and flooring selections. We were very pleased with everything they did.
Description of Work: Completely tore out our kitchen. Removed soffits and ceiling. Installed new cabinets, new ceiling and hardwood floor.Removed railing between kitchen and family room and installed storage cabinets.
