Bond Heating and Cooling

A team of three guys arrived on time ready to work.. took some time with me prior to starting to explain their equipment and what they would be doing how long they would be in the house.. also explained what I could expect after they left. In my situation, I was moving in to an older house..and I was concerned not only in the quality of the air I will be breathing, but also the true nature of my equipment.. we found a couple problems that they repaired. And their team lead spent time to explain the efficiency of my home's equipment. The guys cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. The owner took time from his schedule to stop by during the visit to ensure the work was completely to my satisfaction. Since they completed their work, the house is warmer in areas that were cold before.. and I'm not breathing dust from the people that lived in the house over the past 60 years! They have a good team here. They take thier work seriously, work hard, and are customer driven. I will recommend them to all my friends.. in regards to cost..They are reasonable for the work they put forth...worth every cent! So thanks so much to the BOND men! :-)

Talked to owner over phone. He was experienced with the style and type of house we have as he has worked in the area for many years. He was able to quote the job over the phone. His son then came out and verified the quote. His 2 sons came out the next week and performed the job. They left no mess and did not charge extra for taking care of a few problems I had with a basement vent that had to be relocated. Both sons very professional and experienced. I'll use them for any furnace or a/c job I have in the future.
