Having sat through several sales pitches with other roofing companies it was refreshing to hear what Doug of BLC had to say. Rather than high-pressure sales tactics and phony discount offers, Doug provided us with an honest assessment of our roof's condition and options for repair and replacement. We ultimately decided to fully replace the roof and could not be more pleased with BLC's outstanding work. The project was completed on time and stayed on budget. Doug was on site and available to answer our questions at every step from start to finish. We have no reservation in recommending BLC to friends and family and will certainly call upon them again if needed.

Doug did a wonderful job repairing a damaged shingle. First off they called me to confirm our appointment within a few minutes and then he called to let me know that he was going to be 15 minutes late. He was very nice and professional. Doug did such a nice job that you can't tell where he repaired. He even removed leaves from my roof while he was up there! I will recommend him to my friends and family. I will also use this company when I need to reshingle the whole house.

Friendly and professional service. I didn't have a major roof issue, which was nice, but he patched the hole in my roof quickly and told me to call if we had any more issues and he would take care of it.

Doug was great. He contacted me within minutes of sending out the request and actually fixed my shingles and others I did not even know there were issues about the next day instead of a few days. He was very nice to work with. He gave me an assessment of my current roof and I will be contacting him when looking to have a new roof installed. Thank you, Doug!
