Description of Work: repaired cracks in basement wall. they strenghtened wall by putting chains and poured polymer down the inside of the wall blocks. they dug down on the outside of the wall. they put black tar on the wall . they put a heavy vinyl sheet against wall. they then put another layer of vinyl and tacked that to wall;. they put in new window wells and backfilled the entire hole. they put new drainage pipes in bottom of hole before backfilling halfway up with stone and then with top soil.

Description of Work: Basement Care did a 3 part basement waterproof job for me. 2 sides were dug up outside,2 sides were sealed outside and 1 side was partially dug up inside and a sump pump installed. Shortly after, water continued to flood the basement, not only in the original place but in a new area.Long story short. It took several calls to get a response, but eventualy repairs were made. So far so good.

+ -1 moreThe project went well. They sent six men to do the job and finished after 6 hours. Their work was done very professionally; however, due to the amount of rain we had the night before, there was quite a bit of mud left on our stairway heading into the basement from outside. We did not mind cleaning this up as long as our leak was fixed! The workers were polite and professional and worked very diligently to get the job done that day.
Description of Work: Basement Care diagnosed and corrected another waterproofer's job that wasn't done properly. They did more extensive work to make sure that our water leak issue was resolved. They diagnosed other issues that could be causing our problem and did additional waterproofing on the outside of the house. After two weeks of heavy rain, we have not had any water in our basement. Seems like they are more dedicated to preventing the problem in the future instead of just trying to do a quick fix and see how it works.
