Artistic Pools

We used Artistic Pools to build our pool. I highly recommend never using this company. Once they got our money we could not get them to come back and fix all the detail issues that we had. I would call/text and they would just give us the run around. No idea how this company survives with the horrible service they provide. I also have a friend who used them and he is having the same issues. Go with another pool company! I was told before we built ours to do the same and I wish I would have listened.

The only thing I can say about this company is we do have a hole in the ground that holds water. They've been one of the most frustrating companies I've ever dealt with. During construction they never stayed on the schedule given to us. Owner would say we'll be back tomorrow and then wouldn't show up for a week. The cover is installed incorrectly, the concrete has cracked and after multiple attempts to get the issues resolved the problems were blamed on us. We'll have to spend 1000"s to repair deficiencies in the construction of this pool.

First, every attempt to contact, even from the fist attempt to work out an agreement to build the pool, always took several attempts and a long time to receive any reply. The final product itself and their recommendations were excellent. But virtually every other aspect was extremely frustrating. We had another vendor open the pool for us this spring and he discovered they never properly installed and wired the control box. Several attempts over the past 2 months to get them to fix this have fallen on deaf ears with empty promises. Artistic also informed us when they closed the pool in the fall last year they would return to repair some concrete breakaways that always happen the first winter. Yeah, right. The only positive about this company is the end result was a very nice pool. Every other aspect was very unprofessional and totally no customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone, ever.
