Description of Work: I had them pave along side of the house and add a patio seating area behind the house. Because of all the rain, there was a delay in getting the job started but they were very good at keeping in contact with me and keeping me updated on where I was on the list. They showed up when they were supposed to, kept it pretty clean during the process, & had excellent communication throughout.

Description of Work: Artcrete Ltd. poured both a concrete pad and patio the week of October 13th 2014. I found both Eric and Sherry of Artcrete to be very kind, professional and great communicaters ; and they're crew were very efficient and tidy. I am pleased with the work done and can't wait to enjoy my patio this summer. Thank you both for everything!!! I would definately recommend Artcrete

Description of Work: I found this company thru angies list and saw the good reviews. Last August we got an extimate on our back porch and we had to wait til we had enough money. When I called them at the end of March, I spoke with Eric and he said that he would stand behind the estimate that was quoted last summer and even accepted an old coupon for $200 off. When we had the work done last week I was pleasantly surprised at their knowledge and hard work! They found a drainpipe problem that was cracked underneath and found the reason why we ended up with cracks and a sink hole in our old concrete. They replaced all of the pipe and elbows at no extra charge. They also leveled our front steps at no extra charge. They also found a hollowed spot next to our stairs and repaired that at no extra charge. The whole gang was so polite and honest and worked so hard to please me (which is a hard thing to do). I would definately recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

Description of Work: Contacted Eric last autumn to give us an estimate on replacing our front step and slab due to a crack in the slab and continual water dripping into our basement located directly below the step and slab. Eric arrived promptly and did a thorough assessment both outside and then inside where the water had damaged the ceiling in the basement. Unlike the multiple other contractors we had contacted, Eric indicated that this job was not too small for his company, and wrote up the estimate after explaining in detail what they would do. He indicated that because of the number of jobs they had yet to finish before the weather turned colder, he would contact me in spring and this would be one of his first jobs. I gave him a 100dollar deposit. Eric contacted me in early April and he and his team completed the demolition and pouring of concrete in one day. He returned several days later, as previously agreed, and we paid him the remaining 1400 dollars. Eric and Artcrete were extremely professional, prompt and delivered a quality product. In addition, Eric assisted us in replacing the back up sump pump which had been damaged from the constant water dripping into that area. This is a company that I highly recommend as it is clear that customer satisfaction is a priority, as is their finished product. Thank you Eric!
