+ -1 moreExperiencing air coming through the water lines. Called Arch's and Mark came out yesterday afternoon. Diagnosed the problem as the well pump needed to be replaced and the casing may need replacing too. Was late in the day and needed more tools. He came back this morning in 22 degree temp and completed the repair in 90 minutes. He also fixed the casing which saved us more money. Mark was courteous, respectful of property, and cleaned up after the work was completed. It was not pretty but he did a great job. Checked that water was running inside and helped clean out the faucet screens. He estimated the work to be $900 but charged $847. I would highly recommend Arch's Well and Pump Service and will not hesitate to call them again.
