+ -1 moreNot good. The price was decent and the fridge was delivered on time by some good movers who, rightly, had a tough time getting the fridge into the house. However, after 24 hours, it was clear that the freezer section worked but that the fridge portion did not. Keith Fitten advised my friend to unplug the fridge and to let it sit for a while- suggesting that some "lines" were frozen. It didn't work and, after several attempts during the following week (and after losing quite a bit of perishable food), Keith agreed to forward the matter on to his "technician". Keith never returned another call or email about the issue. Now, a month later, Jeremy had to find a repairman and pay for the repairs out-of-pocket.
Description of Work: My friend Jeremy bought a used refrigerator from Keith Fitten, who is, apparently, the owner and operator of this company. The fridge was sold with a 90-day warranty, which wasn't honored.
