These guys are wonderful! Very professional from the moment they walked in. They steam cleaned my 10 year old carpets that had various stains and wear patterns in the hallway and living room. They provided protection for the corners, so that their hose wouldn't damage my walls. They wore plastic shoe covers from the moment they walked in. I could tell an immediate difference when they were first finished. The carpet was damp, not soaking wet, and they left instructions and a little bottle of spot cleaner with me when they left. The carpet looks brand new! They even gave me a follow-up call the next day to see if I had any concerns and how things went.

These guys are awesome. I had what I thought was permanent ground in dirt on my white carpet where it met the carpet bar and tile. The tech used rust remover and my and quot;permanentand quot; gray line disappeared. I think they charge a little more than the typical chain companies like Coit and Stanley Steamer but the quality job is worth every penny.

They were very professional and thorough. The company called the day before to remind me of my appoint, an hour prior to the appointment and called me after to see how they did. Not many company's seem to do this anymore and I could tell that the company's integrity was very important to them.

As soon as I called Akrosteam (a.k.a. Window Genie) a sales rep came out the same day to do an estimate. They were able to schedule the work as early as two days later. The other companies I had called were not equipped to do the work I needed done. At first I thought the estimate was high, however, having seen all of the work involved and the huge difference afterward it was well worth the cost.

They did a very very good job. They were very professional, prompt, and did excellent work.

Last week I discovered one of my gutters overflowing with water. Mario returned my phone call the same day I called Window Genie. He had me scheduled as quickly as the next morning. He came earlier than I expected and cleaned out all the gutters within 20-30 minutes. All of my gutters are 2nd story, so I thought that was pretty fast. Will probably call them again for my next cleaning.

Lee was knowledgeable and prompt. He came to the house to give us an estimate. Scheduled the repair and cleaning within the week. Tony (I think) was the repairman and the cleaner. He was prompt, professional and friendly. Did not leave a mess. We are pleased with the service provided. They were not the least expensive company we could have hired but they were one of the few that did both repairs and cleaning.
