I was satisfied because they had a selection to pick from. They had everything in stock, so they were quick to deliver. I had a problem when it was installed with the lid and they told me to use it and wait for the replacement to come in. They came back and changed it out and they were courteous and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I purchased a broil master, grill, patio base, and side shelf from them and then they delivered them.

Mr. Ashley was punctual, very courteous, and took great care to drape the area surrounding the hearth so it wouldn't get dirty as he worked. He brought heavy plastic bags to wrap the ceramic logs he removed, cleaned each ceramic log as he removed it, then placed the wrapped logs in a box we provided so they could be stored. We were very pleased with his service.
Description of Work: Converted a gas fireplace to wood burning with gas ignition.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE NEEDED WORK QUICKLY AND INEXPENSIVELY. THEY DID LEAVE A BIT OF A MESS THAT I NEEDED TO CLEAN UP.

GAS TECH CAME OUT RIGHT ON SCHEDULE. COVERED UP EVERYTHING SO THEY WOULD NOT GET THINGS DIRTY, AND INSTALLED. AFTER A MONTH WE WENT TO TRY TO LIGHT THE FIRE PLACE AND IT DID NOT WORK. CALLED THEM UP THEY CAME OUT, NO CHARGE AND ADVISED US WHAT WE ARE DOING WRONG. VERY NICE PEOPLE.
Description of Work: WANTED TO CHANGE THE FIREPLACE TO A ALL GAS REMOTE FIREPLACE. BE ABLE TO CHANGE BACK TO WOOD IF WE WANT.
