It went well. We have seen no ants since the treatment.

Bryan and Ryan were great. They were on time and explained everything. Made quick work of the yellow jacket nest and were very professional and even sprayed a few extra areas for us. Much appreciated. It's good to see people take pride in their work and these guys did. Great job!

The technician arrived slightly in advance of the scheduled time. He identified the species of ant and explained clearly the procedure involved in spraying the pesticide he intended to use, including its impact on floor care and our pets. He answered all questions thoroughly and provided additional information about a pest concern we had in general (bedbugs) though we were not experiencing that particular problem. He was pleasant, efficient, and left the spaces in which he worked in good order. We were pleased that the overall cost included exterior spraying in the spring (it was winter at the time of the interior treatment).

Service was performed professionally, efficiently and in a very timely manner. Roger did an excellent job, he was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was also very respectful of our property and very clean in his work. A pleasure to interact with.

It went well; several red squirrels and one gray squirrel were trapped.

Roger was fantastic. He wasn't supposed to come until Saturday, but he was ahead of schedule on Thursday, so he can then. He was nice and very good at his job. I will recommend to everyone!

I contacted them over two days ago. No one responded, have heard nothing from them. I think a lack of response in two days is unacceptable in any business but especially so with this type of problem.

Brian came out and was very professional. I was not home at the time, but he called me to make sure the trap was in the correct area and walked me through everything he did/treated at my house. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. He told me he would return the next morning to check on the trap and reset it if necessary. I initially called Akron Pest Control on a Thursday evening; Margaret returned my call the next day and set up the service call for Monday! I was amazed and appreciative of the prompt response and service. I'm confident that the "critter" will be caught eventually! I would highly recommend Akron Pest Control and will certainly be utilizing their services in the future if needed. Thank you!

Prompt. Very professional. Very thorough. I have used this company three or four times and I have always been very satisfied. I asked the serviceman about a bird's nest that is in the flue right outside my door. He said he would take care of it, but I asked if we could wait until the present baby birds have left the nest, and he agreed, and said he will come back at no charge (!) and remove it, AND cover the flue with screening to prevent further nesting! Could not hope for better service.

They came out and sprayed, and then the bugs did not return.

Technician arrived when expected and began inspection immediately. He examined the exterior of the house, the garage, and some areas throughout the yard. We had only seen a few carpenter ants but were concerned enough to call a professional; we expected whoever we called to apply treatment and were prepared to pay the treatment cost. However, he did not find any signs of carpenter ants (or any other pests) and said he really couldn't see any reason to apply a treatment. He charged us an inspection fee and said to call them back if needed. We are grateful for his honesty and the peace of mind he gave us. We would definitely call them back for other issues.

They were good. They're really nice. My house has a funny angle and the squirrels like to make little nests up there. They blocked it off but one squirrel knocked right through it and they had to come back once to get him out. So far there hasn't been any more up there. They left traps and came back and checked them. They were so good. There was no charge for the second time they came back. They knew what they were talking about. They could have just put trash out, but they went up and investigated and did good work plugging the hole and caulking it in so they couldn't get around the edges. I'm so happy with that. They could have charged more when they came back out and they didn't. That was very nice. It took them a day or two to come out. They're humane and checked the traps on a regular basis.

We are very happy with out service. Akron Pest Control was professional and through. They evaluated the entire home and set up pet (and baby) friendly traps/bait in order to get rid of the mice quickly. Highly recommended.

We heard scratching on our roof during the night and saw evidence of possible entry to attic. We called Akron Pest Control and they sent Roger Westover out to check for Racoons in the attic. Roger was right on time and checked the attic and also the roof for possible entry of racoons. Fortunately the racoons were not able to get in. Roger advised us how to avoid future problems with racoons. The price was very reasonable, Roger gave us a senior citizen discount and provided us with great service and peace of mind. We will use Akron Pest Control with any future needs and recommend them to our friends. Thanks again to Roger and Akron Pest Control for prompt and professional service.

The service man was punctual and very nice. He came out, looked around, set up the food traps and checked the perimeter for holes they could be getting in at. A few weeks later I was still having mouse sightings, so I called them back. Again, he was very punctual & very nice. He checked the repellent, saw it was being nibbled on so in theory something should have been working. He did another perimeter check, this time found gaps between to siding and foundation and advised how to fill them. So that weekend I did get the spaces filled, but I was seeing an increase of droppings. So I ended up going to the store and buying glue strips. This was the only way I got rid of the mice, but filling the gaps helped to keep new ones out. I may use them again if needed, but I may try to do it myself first next time with the glue strips. They were very pleasant to work with, from the customer service on the phone to the service man at the house.

insula.Brian told me what to expect and true to his word, the rest of the day it seemed to be raining half dead and dying bees and I would vacuum them up, Brian was very knowledgeable and informative, explaining to me how and why the bees are clustering around the windows lately. I have total piece of mind now knowing my dog, cats and birds will not be stung. I have used this company at three different homes now and was completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. EXCELLENT job Brian!

We had a lot of mice that needed to be exterminated. He sprayed inside and out. He will be coming back quarterly. They gave an Angie's list discount for this annual plan.

He was very polite and very professional. He sprayed outside and also inside. He did a good job. We can still get another spraying within the year if that's needed.

It went fine, I was satisfied. They were professional and seemed interested in satisfying us.

We have 4 children and we had a bee problem and so we didn't want the bees or wasps to sting our children. They came last summer and spray so we didn't have problem the rest of the year. It took them a while to come out because they were pretty busy because of all the rain so it wasn't really their fault.

After the flooding of my basement I had a lot of carpenter ants showing up. Akron Pest Control scheduled services very quickly with an estimate over the phone which they honored. They treated my basement and around the perimeter of my home. Four nests were found outside in yard and all were treated. The ants seemed to immediately disappear from the nests :-) Good news is the service is guaranteed for a year and they will retreat if necessary.
