Description of Work: I recommended them to my daughter for a pest problem. They searched her entire home and could not find any pests, not even spider nests. He said he could spray but felt it would be a waste of her money.

Description of Work: Pest and bug treatment. So far, so good. Would recommend them.

Description of Work: We used this company about 2 years ago when we had an ant problem, and then had them go ahead and pre-treat our home this past spring so we didn't have to worry about it becoming a problem again. Both services were easy to schedule. I was home for the first one and the tech was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The second service was an outdoor treatment only and I never would have even known they were here except for the fact that the ants never came back. Can't see any reason why we won't continue to pattonize this company for years to come.

Description of Work: We had an angry yellow jacket nest pop up in a pillar by our front door. I called in the afternoon and they scheduled Brian to come the next afternoon. He took care of the problem and let me know what I should expect to see over the next few days. He was considerate and friendly and went straight to work. At the time my younger children were napping so he just slipped the invoice in my door as opposed to ringing the doorbell which I greatly appreciated.

Description of Work: Had them catch a ground hog and In the process caught a raccoon as well.

Description of Work: put out sticky traps for flying bugs, but none were caught, and the problems continue.

Description of Work: This service was actually done at my daughter's home. They sprayed for boring bees and other insects inside and out. She was very impressed with the young man who performed the service and would definitely recommend him. Her brother and I will most likely call for service soon.

Description of Work: He checked to see if there were animals in the attic and also checked the exhaust fan. I heard a scratching sound and was concerned about animals or birds getting into the attic or house. He discovered that the exhaust fan was loose.

Description of Work: Treated property for carpenter ants. The exterior of home, pole barn, and two sheds. Plus treated most of the lawn and trees on 1.75 acres. Very professional and courteous. | |I only rated the quality as n/a because the service was a week ago and too early to tell if it is working. If any indication, no more ants! | |B rating for price because who likes spending money on something you could do yourself? I'd rather spend the money on something like this and have a pro do it. In the end I may do something wrong that may cost more in the long run, and I'm no expert on ant behavior. Plus I utilized my time by just writing a check. All that said it was a very fair price.

Description of Work: I use them quarterly to keep ahead of any pest problem as I live in a mobile home which are very vulnerable to many pests. After a few initial treatments (and they will come out right away if something crops up in between scheduled visits) I have enjoyed a pest free home for several years now. I tried to handle myself at first with mixed results. I am happy to now let them take care of everything. And their products are safe for pets, people, even me with asthma and COPD. I still use them and will continue to use them in the future. | |

Description of Work: I have had 3 other pest control companies out to help control mice in in our attic. This was the first company that actually took the time to locate the problem and evaluate the best treatment. Akron Pest control spent a good deal of time inspecting the attic and exterior of the house. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They took care of some spraying for me, the outside and inside of my house, for spiders.
