Description of Work: I discovered I had hundreds of tiny bugs flying around my house. When I called the company on a Monday, I was told that they could not inspect my house until the next Thursday. It would be a $50 charge to inspect which would be deducted from their fee if I used their services. I asked if I could simply bring samples of the bugs to their offices sooner so at least I could find out what the bugs were and they said that I could. So I arrived the next day at their offices. They identified the bugs as grain beetles; said I did not need their services if I could find some grains in the house that were infected; and suggested dog food would probably be the cause. I went home, found the offending dog food bag, threw it out, vacuumed the area and I am now pretty much bug free. For their responsiveness and honesty, I would definitely call them again if I ever had another pest problem.

Description of Work: I had a racoon in my attic. The gentleman was great. He checked the attic and set a trap. He also gave me information how to make sure the racoons could not get in that spot again.

Description of Work: I had three cats and had to call them out for flea extermination. They were soo friendly and informative. I had spent a fortune on "home remedies and they just got worse. They came out the next day. Were super careful of my belongings and were very thorough. Through no fault of theirs, they had to retreat some of the areas, and did so for free after my 30 days was up, and I still had some fleas. This was because they had gotten so bad ,and with three cats was hard to get rid of them on the cats also. I would highly reccommend this company. They are the best by
