+ 0 moreWhen a gas line outside my home was leaking, I called Agosta first thing in the morning after Dominion East Ohio Gas cut off our supply the night before. When I called, nobody answered the phone and I had to leave a message. An hour later, nobody from Agosta called me back. When I called Agosta a second time to have someone come to my home and fix the situation, the gentleman was very curt and told me that it will be a couple of days until they could show up. Please keep in mind, we do not have any gas service to our home, and I had to call off from work to be home for a plumber to show up. My wife and I had no hot water for showers or a stove to cook dinner, and Agosta told us it would be a and quot;couple of daysand quot; until they could even send someone to assess the situation.
Description of Work: My wife and I used Agosta plumbing on two separate occasions for running a gas line to our stove, and for clearing a clogged drain. We were very happy with the work done. However, our last experience with Agosta was less than satisfactory. In this case, the third time really is not the charm.

+ -1 moreVery good company. I was very happy with their work. They got the job done quickly and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The owner along with his workers were very professional.
Description of Work: Put in new underground gas line and replaced some gas pipe in my basement.
