+ -1 moreTHEY HAD CONTRACTED TO DO THE WORK ON AUGUST 5TH AND SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT ON THE 11TH. THEY DIDN'T SHOW. I CALLED THEM ON THE 15TH. THEY DIDN'T REPLY TO THAT CALL. SO I CALLED BACK ON THAT FRIDAY, AND THEY GAVE ME A DATE OF THE 18TH. AGAIN, IT WAS A NO SHOW AND NO CALL SITUATION. VERY FRUSTRATING!
Description of Work: COMMISSIONED TO INSTALL A CABINET, A SHOWER, AND A TUB. ALSO NEEDED THEM TO MAKE THE TOILET WORK AND SNAKE OUT A DRAIN.

+ -1 moreTHEIR REPAIR JOB CAUSED ANOTHER PIPE TO BREAK AND I HAD TO PAY THEM TO FIX IT! THEIR TOTAL FEE WAS MORE THAN TWICE THE ESTIMATE. I HAD TO CLEAN UP THEIR MESS.
