+ 0 moreI've used Advanced Plumbing for a variety of issues, but most recently, he amazed me with his customer service. I had a problem with a hydraulic back-up sump pump that he installed a couple of years ago. Looking back at it, clearly something was wrong with the pump early on and recently it failed completely. Clearly a device issue. Even though it is no longer under warranty, he came back free of charge, installed a new one and went to bat with the supplier for me. Most plumbers would have said I was out of luck without the warranty. He didn't. He's done quality work in everything he's done for us - at a reasonable price. We definitely will use him again.

+ 0 moreHe came at the arranged time, performed the work in a very professional, polite, and competent manner. All repairs were completed appropriately, and I have not had any additional problems with leaking.
Description of Work: I had some plumbing leaks from two bathrooms upstairs - one leaking over the kitchen, the other over the garage. Mike located the source of both leaks and made appropraite repairs, including some structural repairs to a bathtub and a shower, to ensure that the leaks would not recur.

+ -1 moreTHE DIAGNOSIS WAS CORRECT ABOUT THE TRAP NEEDING TO BE REPLACED, BUT THE COST WAS OUT OF LINE. WE DID NOT GO WITH ADVANCED FOR THE REPAIR AND DID IT OURSELVES. ONE HOUR OF WORK AND $20.00 IN PARTS. IF WE WENT WITH THE CONTRACTOR IT WOULD WORK OUT TO AROUND $506.00 AN HOUR FOR LABOR, WAY OUT OF LINE. AS FOR THEM ATTEMPTING TO SNAKE THE LINE AND DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM, THE WORK WAS DONE FINE WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.
Description of Work: CALLED ABOUT A BLOCKED TUB DRAIN. AFTER THEY ATTEMPTED TO SNAKE THE PIPE IT WOULD NOT CLEAR. THEY LOOKED DEEPER AND THE TRAP NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. QUOTED AROUND $526.00 TO DO THE WORK.
