Description of Work: AIR CONDITIONING WAS INSTALLED IN TWO DIFFERENT HOMES. ONE WAS AN OLD HOUSE WITH GAS FORCED AIR, THE OTHER A NEWER HOME WITH HOT WATER HEAT. BOTH HOMES PRESENTED CHALLENGES. MR. QUINN INSTALLED FUNCTIONAL AIR CONDITIONING AT A REASONABLE PRICE, QUICKLY AND WITH MINIMAL MESS OR ARCHITECTURAL DISRUPTION OF THE HOMES. THE FIRST HOME REQUIRED AN ADDITIONAL COLD AIR RETURN INSTALLATION AFTER THE INITIAL WORK WAS COMPLETED. THIS WAS DONE QUICKLY AND WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE

GOOD AT WORKING ON OLDER HOMES. HE PUT IN NEW COLD AIR RETURNS. HE DIDNT CHARGE EXTRA. HE WAS VERY TIMELY. WILL USE HIM AGAIN.
