my experience with ABC Roofing was phenominal! From start to finish they were very proffesional. My roof was leaking and Holly came out with one of the workers who put an emergency cover on the roof until my insurance company could get out to look at my damage. She worked directly with my insurance adjuster to ensure we had all the proper paperwork in place. After the adjuster looked at my roof and interior he worked with ABC Roofing and Holly. In the matter of 3 weeks I was getting my new roof and interior repairs, she even got me a new window since my old one was so far gone!! great experience overall and I was actually a little on the not so sure side having had past bad experiences with contractors. ABC has restored my faith!

I contacted one of the owners of the company. Holly she sent someone out right away to protect with a blue tarp and stop the leaking. She worked with my in my company to replace everything. Crew did a great job.They went over and above to the very end. I recommend them highly!!

It was a hassle from day one. We had inquired in July to have the job done no work started until a week before Christmas.Then the figure kept changing I was never able to obtain a full written est. Once I obtained a full breakdown from the mortgage co I noticed there were charges for items being replaced that were never replaced such as shutters, mail boxand an awning.

Had a wind damage insurance claim on one side of the roof. They helped us get a decent enough claim for the repair where we were able to afford getting the whole roof replaced. Started and finished the job in 1.5 days. Very fast. Did a great job.

Approached us while replacing neighbor's roof.noticed similar damage.Assisted in filing insurance claim slight delay in scheduling due to our insurance carrier.Once scheduled they were there on time & seem to have done a great job.

We had our roof done by ABC Roofing. They did a really good job . Call Dave Rayburn at 330-323-8088 for a free estimate on your roof. Dave did all the work , I did not have to do a thing. He called the insurance agency, met with the insurance inspector and took care of everything. I would say this was the best customer service we have had with a company It was very impressive. He will call you with every up date that happens. You do not have to do a thing! The workers came to the home for three days worked until past night fall. Took off the old shingles and put on the new. They cleaned up afterwards and there was hardly any nails in the yard. They also fixed a few holes in the roof. They did a great job! I have told all my friends to call them.

Workers arrived early and completed the entire job including cleanup in two days. Two supervisors arrived to check on the progress at different times. We were impressed with all.

Jon worked with us and insurance reps to get the siding, roof and gutters replaced. Very little interaction with insurance company was required on our part, Jon handled it all and got us more than we were originally offered. Teams came out and finished the work quickly and with little mess afterward. Quality job.
