Description of Work: I have used this company a lot in the past & felt that they were a great family business. So I called to get my downspout drains snaked at our new house & the owner stated she was sending out their guy that that is all he does & knows how to unclog these drains. This is after explaining that drain & gutters had not been cleaned in at least 3 years & we had 3 feet of soot in the downspout itself. The guy that came to our house was 5 hours late, 9am appointment showed up at 2 pm, proceeded to run our well water to fill his tank for 20-30 minutes then got to work. I had to leave for work since I had waited all day for him to show up or call. He then ran their high pressure jet snake on the top of the first drain, which just shot mud all over my truck, then he tried this in all 4 drains, calls me saying it won't work with the high pressure snake & he was going to try the other snake, without stating that it cost any more to use another apparatus to get the same job done. That did not work either & he instead left my wife with a bill for $325 to do absolutely nothing, used however many gallons of our well water & electricity to fill his tank then gave her an estimate of $1800 to have them retrenched & redo the gutter drains. Honestly, how can THE GUY that does this all the time not figure out that these are packed full of mud, which I stated initially in the conversation with the company, then decide to upcharge me for him having to use another tool to still not complete the job. Why is this ok for a business to send someone out, TRY to complete something & then expect to get paid for this non service. If I tried to complete something in my line of work & didn't finish the job I would not get paid. I still have yet to pay for this $325 bill, as I called the owner to find out how I had a bill for this much & she sent me the guy who was at the house's number to call him & deal with him? What? Unfortunate ending to what I thought was a useful partnership. I will never use this company again.

Did a great job. Quick to respond. Gave me an honest assessment on my problem (tree roots growing into my main sewer line) and how long I could go without fixing it. Never tried to pressure me into buying any extra service. Left the basement clean and neat.

SUPERB! RAY AND JOE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THEY WOULD ARRIVE IN 20 MINUTES, WHICH THEY DID. THEY WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING, WORKED EXPEDITIOUSLY, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES THOROUGHLY. BEFORE THEY LEFT, THEY MADE A COUPLE OF SUGGESTIONS ABOUT HOW WE MIGHT AVOID FUTURE PROBLEMS. THE JOB WAS EXCELLENT, AND THE PRICE WAS (I BELIEVE) CONSIDERABLY BELOW WHAT OTHER PLUMBERS IN AKRON WOULD HAVE CHARGED. THEY ALSO DO ''REGULAR'' PLUMBING, AND I WILL CERTAINLY CALL THEM AGAIN WHEN I NEED ANY SORT OF PLUMBING WORK.

DRAIN LINE BROKE JUST OUTSIDE OF BASEMENT WALL. DUG TRENCH TO REPLACE LINE and REPLACED CONNECTION INSIDE BASEMENT. HAD PROMISED TO START ABOUT 2 HRS EARLIER THAN WORK ACTUALLY BEGUN. HOWEVER FINISHED JOB EARLIER THAN ESTIMATED. ROB and CREW WERE POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. EVEN LEFT GRASS SEED and STRAW FOR LAWN TO SOW OVER THE TRENCHED PORTION. PRICE SEEMS COMPETITIVE, BUT HAD FEW OTHERS TO COMPARE, MORE CONCERNED WITH QUALITY OF WORK. HAVE USED COMPANY BEFORE and WILL CONTINUE FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS.
