a&j seamless gutter

Description of Work: A & J Seamless Gutter installed gutters & downspouts on our house. One of the gutters was wrongly installed. Slopes toward the inside corner, instead of toward the downspout.This overflows. This allows water to be dumped on the corner of house. (I thought the gutter overflowed due to a lot of rain at one time. Upon close inspection with a 4' level,the gutter slopes away from downspout toward inside corner.) This causes damage & dampness issues. Because of their lack of craftsmanship, there is about 30 extra holes in facia trim from their hit or miss approach of installing gutters. (facia trim & siding replaced just prior to gutters) This allows water into facia boards. (untreated wood) This can make damage. I allowed A & J five business days to remedy these issues. I gave strong instructions to call first & set up a time that I could be here. (I need to be here to make sure work is done properly) Desired remedy: I want the gutters removed (about 65'). The facia trim removed. The facia boards inspected & replaced as needed. New facia trim professionally installed. New gutters professionally installed. The cement block retaining wall (beneath the inside corner of gutter) needs professionally repaired. (due to excessive water being dumped from gutter & freezing conditions of last winter)(gutters installed at least a year ago) or all the needed monies to have professionals make repairs and/or replacements Sales rep. was Harry Carsey 330-724-1060
