the changeover went well. the deadblot change over was a disaster. First time I came home the lock was stripped and I could not get in. They came back and fixed it, but I had to crawl through a window to get in. Second time it would not work and they had to return again to get the mechanism catch hole larger. This time I had left access to the back door so I could get in the house. Everything has worked fine since.

I was calling around to get a locksmith quote and wasn't sure what rekeying versus change of locks meant. im a landlord and this is my 1st change out. .another locksmith quote told me there was a $45 in labor on top of changing the locks and service call. I was asking this lock smith what his labor was and he said its built in already then he got really angry and told me he does not want my business and hung up on me. I cant force him to change my locks but im a consumer and im going to make sure I ask all the questions I can when I don't understand something. better safe than sorry.

We needed a deadbolt removed from our closed door that was stuck in lock position. Rather than resort to a hacksaw, we called a locksmith. SSand L scheduled a time that was good for me. The locksmith arrived on time. He was very quick. He removed the deadbolt, reinstalled another (which we already had), and changed the key in 20 minutes. He was very nice. I called a couple other locksmiths to compare prices beforehand, and the price was reasonable. No extra charges. I would call them again and recommend them.

They are sharp. They did not charge me. They are good people.
