It went great! Bill showed up 10 minutes early and then started at it. I knew there were some issues with the house. He not only showed me a LOT of things I would have never seen, but helped me to understand what were the root causes and also possible solutions for all of them. He walked me through the property and pointed things out and then sent me a 30 something page document, with pictures and diagrams, outlining every last detail. The details were really specific with pictures of the sites in the house and then diagrams showing the causes of each issue. Long story short, this extensively well prepared document was the leverage I needed to get the seller to make major concessions on the price of the house. Bill is a pro, plain and simple. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
Description of Work: Bill provided a fully comprehensive home inspection to aid me in negotiating with the seller.

Bill, the professional/owner, came over and made sure to properly introduce himself to my wife and I. He was also quick to introduce himself to our dogs so they also felt comfortable. Our dogs can be a handful sometimes. Once introductions were done, Bill made sure to go over the concerns that our buyer had and asked me to point out other things that may have worried me too. Shortly after our conversation, Bill got to work. I asked if I could shadow him so I could learn his process and so he could properly explain things to me as he saw them. I'm more of a hands on person and I was better able to understand his findings by seeing them in real time. He took his time and did a thorough inspection of not only the areas in question but really went through the basement with a "fine toothed comb". After everything was said and done, Bill was able to give me his professional diagnosis that I was able to use in my response back to the prospective buyer. It certainly helped in my negotiations. A couple days after this, Bill was courteous enough to call me up to see how everything went. He definitely didn't have to do that but I greatly appreciated his follow up call. Overall, Bill was great and I'd certainly use his services again. At the very least, I'd definitely refer him to my friends.
Description of Work: I called NIagara Home Inspections because my buyer of our hose was questioning some items in our basement.
