I used Weber lawn care for about the last two years. This summer, I noticed a decline in service quality. Weber's lawn care guys pretty much refuse to weed wack completely. Anything that might involve an area that is near a fence line, house line, or edge they just simply give an excuse of "well it can hit a rock and break a window". I don't understand this excuse when we're referring to things that are 30 feet away from my house, that is a poor excuse. Why are there weed whackers then? Aren't you supposed to use a guard to prevent from hitting unwanted things? It sounded like a poor excuse not to restring if in case a line broke. The job always looked unfinished because of this reason. When I approached one of his crew members, he indicated that they had weed whacked everything and dismissively said "I don't know what you're talking about". I asked him to walk around so I can show him, then as I'm coming across the myriad amount of weeds, all "low hanging fruit" that he should basically have weed whacked. I asked him if I was imagining the things as I pointed out each one of them? I spoke to Mike Weber in the past. Always polite. However, Mike didn't offer much solution other than coming over, seeing for himself and somewhat agreeing to the missed spots. He said "i'll talk to my guys" and on one occasion "i'll send them over later" and they actually never came later that day. One of our walk throughs, I asked him if my weed whacking expectation was not what he provided. His response was, we can't weed whack near your house because then we'll hit a rock and break a window. Although I can appreciate his divergence to liability, he can also provide a better solution such as "I'll supply the guys with guards on their weed whackers and we'll try again". I discontinued my service with Weber today. I rather pay someone a couple dollars more a week and get the job done right and get the feel of a finished product. Again, this is in no attempt to disregard his services as bad, but for me this is my recount of his services from my perspective as a paying customer and I feel that they were just "average" and at times "below average", where last year they were "average" and at times "above average". Someone else might be satisfied, but I like to see a finished product and don't really like excuses when I'm paying for a weekly services and recommended his services to plenty in the past on the basis of trying to help. If there is one thing that there's plenty of.. its lawn care services. Let me put it to you in perspective. I usually get low fade hair cuts. I can get the nicest fade hair cut, but if the barber doesn't edge my hairline, go after the hair on the back of my neck after he removes the barber apron/ponch, all the other details before he sprinkles his barber talc powder and dusts me off... my hair looks like it was done by an amateur or someone who is rushed. And if after I tell you that I missed a spot near my ear and say, I don't want to cut near your ear because I might cut you and you might bleed..why are you in this business cutting hair and collecting $20/cut?

Mike Weber is the best. His crews are professional and friendly- always keeping the 'details' in mind.

What a great job!!! We just moved into a Yorktown Home and Mike Weber came for an estimate on a backyard and front yard clean up. After checking out different quotes, Weber was most certainly the cheapest. They worked for at least 8 hours cleaning a perimeter, trees, flower beds, tree stumps, brushes, etc. I only had to tell Mike once what I wanted, he showed up three times to check in and again at the end of the job to walk me through it. A true gentleman.

I spoke with Michael Weber who ended up walking off the job after promising to perform services for a price. Michael's guys came once to start the tasks and never returned to finish the remaining tasks. These were general cleanup tasks such as flower bed cleanup. leaf removal, hedge trimming, etc. I emailed Michael repeatedly for nearly a month but only got excuses on why they still hadn't returned. Finally Michael emailed me and said that and quot;due to uncertain circumstances he couldn't finish the joband quot;. He didn't charge me anything for the services performed but I had to rush the cleanup with another company before the ground hardened up near the end of November.

Very responsive and professional. I would call Weber and ask to have my lawn cut. He responded before the day was over and the appointment was always soon. The workers were extremely prompt and professional. I have had them out several times throughout the summer and was very pleased with the entire experience every time.

They do a great job, were willing to make adjustments such as no mowing when wet, cut higher, avoid certain areas, cleaned away all grass clippings. The guys were all pleasant and reliable. They also resurfaced our driveway. They'll do Fall clean-up when needed.

Work crew arrived EXACTLY on time and worked quickly and very professionally. I am extremely pleased with the work and will certainly used them again. Mike is a pleasure to work with.

Mike is just an awesome guy...Always polite and professional..but not stuffy. His employees are fantastic, they do such a great job! Weber's mows my lawns weekly, but has done many other jobs for us. They have paved and sealed my driveway, cleaned out my gutters, performed spring and fall clean ups, applied fertilizer treatments, laid mulch, and a few other jobs. Excellent all around work!! Mike really listens to what you want, makes suggestions and follows up. I have no complaints at all. If ever something wasn't done exactly as we discussed, he addresses it immediately. His prices are fair...and the work looks impeccable. Been using them for over 4 years now!

I think they're very reasonable in pricing. I think they're very professional. If there is a problem with anything, they respond right away and come down there. I've just been very happy with them. I just really find them incredibly over and above in terms of service and helpful suggestions.

I have been delighted with the work, punctuality, and consideration and would highly recommend this company.
