We could not be happier with the beautiful composite deck Michael his team built for us after a complete tear down of the original wooden deck. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, run with complete integrity, and the end result exceeded our expectations. We chose TimberTech Dark Hickory and created a conceptual design on their website to give Michael an initial sense of what we were thinking. He has an incredible eye for design and detail and course corrected some initial thoughts we had, which in the end, got us the absolute best result. The project was completed on time and on budget, with minimal disruption. The entire crew was professional, respectful, and left our yard in perfect condition once they were done. If you're considering a new deck, Michael is the one to call. Their craftsmanship is outstanding, and we look forward to enjoying our new outdoor space for years to come. I looked at 8 potential deck builders. Michael came highly recommended and after my experience, I intend to point everyone I know in his direction. Thank you for the Master Class, Michael! I highly recommend Michael and Touch of Class. We had an old deck that needed a serious makeover. Once demo started, it became clear that the existing structure was not solid and the project turned into a full rebuild. Michael quickly assessed the situation and came up with a plan that addressed the additional construction and costs. Now, we have a beautiful and well built deck to enjoy for years to come.

We hired Touch of Class for a partial tear down of a concrete deck and rebuild with composite decking... It was a very difficult and unique situation and Michael came up with an excellent plan to install enough airflow with a roof and composite deck on top. Nelson and the entire crew were very professional and addressed any needs as they arose. They always showed up on time and cleaned the entire site every day. I could not be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone considering redoing their deck.

Michael was great to work with. As we were communicating long distance, I was kept up to date on the day to day progress and any issues that arose. The site was cleaned up every day and the work went well and on schedule. I love my new deck and am happy to recommend .

Michael and his very solid team of professional deck builders did a great job in demolishing my existing wood deck and building a new extended composite deck with additional concrete footings. They also replaced the Juliet balcony above my front porch with similar material. Michael was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, never over promised, and finished the project on schedule. Micheal also referred a great architect for our project, Greg, who prepared all permit drawings for our project, and made the permitting process with the town seamless.

No complaints whatsoever. The head of the company Mike, made everything as easy as possible and was great. The builders were professional and clearly know what they are doing. They did everything exactly how they said they would and the deck came out amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone thatâ s looking to build or redo a deck. Not a single regret.

We replaced four decks on our house, doing away with wooden decks that rotted continually and opting instead for TimberTech. Michael and his team, led by Nilson, were fantastic. Hard working, on time, helpful and polite, and -- best of all -- great at what they do. They cleaned up every day and dealt with the type of "unexpected" events that always happen on a project of this scope in a fair and helpful manner. Pricing was also very good against four other contractors who bid on the job, and any needed interactions with our local building department were handled perfectly. All done in the dead of winter! Highly recommend you use Touch of Class.

Mike was extremely easy to work with and kept in constant communication with me. He truly listened to what I wanted and he and his crew went above and beyond to make things work. Very nice but when completed the footers they didnt fill the footer to the top due to running out of required cement.
