My experience With "Touch Of Class" was wonder. I ran into a problem with building Dept about my front deck, where i needed architect drawings and experience contractor with all required licenses. I contacted Michael and gave me a reasonable price that i accepted and they began to work quickly. His crew were clean and on time even on cold winter days. My Deck is perfect !! Michael and his crew did a fantastic job rebuilding our roof deck and railings. They were responsible and responsive, working through some tricky design issues, as well as repairing some old flat-roof water damage that was discovered in the course of demolition. They came on time, worked hard, and cleaned up the site every day.

Michael was very easy to work with. He communicated well and made the whole process very easy. The demolition materials were removed promptly and the new deck installed in a timely and professional matter. The crew were very experienced and paid attention to detail. It came out beautifully. I think the price was fair given the difficulty of the job. We are on a steeply sloping plot and the deck is about 15 feet above ground. I look forward to working with Touch of Class again and would not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation.

Michael is an energetic go-getter who took on a large deck project with a sophisticated and expensive cable railing system that required angles and spacing to be carefully maintained for it to look well. With little room for error, his experienced carpenters and produced a beautiful final result. While he hadn't installed this system before, he talked to the vendor rep, and had himself and his crew watch the installation video several times. He was present during the installation and available whenever needed. His crew worked efficiently and expertly in his absence. Finally, he took responsibility for some incidental damage without argument and absorbed the cost. All of these things make Michael an outstanding and excellent contractor that I recommend. I found this to be the mark of an excellent contractor

Michael was the only contractor wiling to take on this 'job from hell' and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. This was an incredibly complex and challenging project that required a complete rebuild of an enclosed and covered porch - both are 100+ years old - and we literally had to plan the work on the fly and figure out what and how the work would be done every day. Michael is a true craftsman, the results are stunning and I feel that my home has been transformed. Most important, Michael and his crew aced every aspect of the project details: on time, on budget, excellent communication and responsiveness throughout.
