 + -1 moreI would use this real estate agency all over again if I had to. My experience with them was a good one. They managed to find me a home that met my needs in a relatively short period of time and sell my other place. Everything was very straightforward and on the up and up, so I walked away from dealing with them feeling pretty good about things.
Description of Work: This company was the real estate agency we worked with to not only sell our old house, but to find the one we are currently living in.

 + -1 moreJoann is a person I would highly recommend to other people for real estate needs. She really listens to you and will look things up if you want her to. She provides a great service in Long Island. She is not overly pushy. She took the time to meet with us in the evenings since we both work and she was just wonderful to us. I can't really comment on what she was paid because that was out of what we paid for our house.
Description of Work: Joann McKonicky through Prudential acted as our real-estate agent when we recently moved into our more than 1500 square foot first home.
