Easy to communicate with byphone and texting. Packed dumpster reasonably tight , although I worked with them and broke down as many items as possible to not waste space on bulky items. Price was fair. Peter and his helper were polite and courteous.

People might say they are a little expensive, but, in my opinion, you get what you pay for. They had to come and completely redo a shower that had been done previously. It had been originally leveled incorrectly, tile installed incorrectly and I had mold. The bathroom is now much nicer than before and without any issues. And the tile workâ ¦.Perfection.

Total lack of supervision. Quality of workmanship is highly questionable.They didnt finish certain projects. The trim was not routed correctly and pieces of trim were forced into place instead of proper measuring. I ordered all PVC and they replaced 1 piece with wood instead of PVC. He said he had employees but the appeared to be sub contracted. 2 we could not communicate with due to a language barrier, 1 was there the first day but then disappeared for the next few days. The owner or supervisor were never on site. They left paint on my driveway. I asked them to not park in my driveway but they did and got oil stains on my driveway.

The main floor of my home was severely damaged from a dirty water backup. Sheet rock had to be ripped out, flooring completely removed. It was a disaster. Thanks to his crewâ s amazing work, it s now better than before. Thank you, Peter.

Hired Peter & his dad to paint and restore/repair my deck (3 levels). The repair and changing of the color gives my backyard a million dollar look. An excellent job from start to finish. 👍🏽 They have highly skilled painters and carpenters.

Peter has been in constant contact throughout the project, we are not in a hurry for completion and we told him as much. Hasn't left us hanging....always lets us know what is happening. Already talking to him about other projects and he has been nothing but helpful! Would highly recommend.

First class job! Very professional, neat and clean. On time and kept me fully appraised of the status of work progress. I am preparing my home for sale and Mr. Torres will be at the top of my list for any other projects. My wife loves the way the deck looks!

Very flexible. Real experience: many contractors if you ask for simple additional favors like can you correct a piece of siding or change a spotlight in a high location while powerwashing? They want try and squeeze another 50 bucks for a 5 min task. You dont win customers this way but Peter Torres was completely amicable along with his crew who were insight. Its the little things that make you save a contractors number down to your phone for the next job. Not the cost.

Peter arrived on time and went right to work. Peter did a home inspection for my house. He was very knowledgeable on all topics that we discussed and spoke to me so that I was able to easily comprehend all topics that I was unfamiliar with previously. Peter was honest about his findings, patient in answering all my questions and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need.
