We are a second generation, family owned and operated Security and Fire Alarm Company, Our company installs, services and repairs all fire and security alarm systems. We represent the following manufacturers: Honeywell, Ademco, Edwards Mirtone, Napco, Firelite, Silent Knight, System sensor, Northern computers and Keri access control.

Marshall Alarm installed our original system, takes care of all maintenance and remote alarm reporting. He has always been professional and responsive since the system was installed in 1985. He also has not raised annual price for monitoring.

Installed, repaired and upgraded our system on time, and were very helpful when the burglar alarm was accidentally triggered by our young granddaughter.

Marshall Alarm Systems Inc. was very quick to respond so we feel they are very up to date on all of the new technology. We pay them an annual fee that is reasonable and compares well with other alarm companies.

I prepay for a year's worth of service. They are knowledgeable, quick to meet my needs, and offer a reasonable price. The employees are familiar with my area. When I need assistance within my home, it is not an immediate service, but they attempt to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. I always know they are a phone call away to answer my questions or assist me.
Description of Work: This company replaced a sub panel along with adding a few options to the alarm system. Also, I use them for a yearly monitoring service. They cover unwanted entry, smoke, fire, and sensors for low temperatures within my home.

It's the worst company I've ever dealt with. He came and looked around. He said he would email the estimate the next day. He never sent the estimate or responded to any of the calls I made. I called at least 8 times. It's very unprofessional. If you say you're going to do something you should do it. You should definitely return calls.

Response from Marshall Alarm Systems Inc
A proposal was generated and mailed for the installation of a video system. Upon the receipt of the proposal, the customer was requested to sign the proposal and return it to us along with a deposit for the work to be performed. We received neither from Ms. Michener. At the time of this estimate, we were not capable of emailing proposals. Due to the condition of the site, several hours of labor were required just to prepare the location to have the system installed. This in conjunction with the cost of the installation made the estimate rather expensive. Our phones are monitored and answered 24 hours a day 365 days per year and have no record of receiving any phone calls.

THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THE TECHNICIANS ARE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CLEAN. THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE THEY CLEAN UP BEFORE THEY LEAVE WHICH IS ALWAYS A PLUS!!! WHEN EVER I CALL FOR A PROBLEM,THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY CAUTIOUS AND HELPFUL.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT FOR A SERVICE CALL TO REPAIR THE ALARM KEY PAD. KEYPADS WERE UNABLE TO BE TURNED ON. THEY REPLACED A FUSE AND RETURNED KEYPADS BACK TO NORMAL FUNCTIONING.
