Excellent. Best work imaginable.

My first impression with this company was that they were going to be unbelievably good. They were professional and flexible in terms of setting up appointments, and quick with getting back to me. And even though they were priced much higher than the other companies I consulted about doing a move-in cleaning, I was impressed with the services they offered and they had much "better" equipment with higher powered cleaning ability and they were coming in with a big crew. All the other companies gave estimates on the phone. Instead, they actually came out to the house to do the estimate on site which was seemingly more accurate. And while I would say they did a "good" job, I would not say it matched my level of expectation especially based on the price. And yes, it was a really big job in terms of the size of the space (4000 sq ft). But, the next day, as an example, when I contacted them about a disgusting drainstopper that I discovered in the master bath that was filled with a big wad of hair and gunk, their response was that they "don't clean drain stoppers as part of their service." I was shocked! They advertise the "most thorough cleaning ever, or it's free." And while, I wouldn't have expected it to be free by any stretch, I would have expected the drain stopper to be clean and for them to have returned to clean it, or to at least have apologized for the oversight. As I unpacked over the next week, I found other spots where they had "missed", but given the drain stopper exchange, I didn't bother to call and complain. On the positive side, lots of other things were cleaned well, and they certainly did accommodate to our schedule. So, the bottom line is that they were good, but perhaps not as thorough as I would have hoped especially given the price.

I WAS VERY PLEASED. THE OWNER SEEMED TO BE VERY ENTHUSIASTIC AS WELL AS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS JOB. HE EVEN GAVE US SOME GOOD TIPS ON HOW TO HANDLE SOME RECURRING PROBLEMS, SUCH AS PET ACCIDENTS.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE SERVICE FROM MAKING AND CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT TO THEIR PUCTUALITY, FRIENDLINESS,EFFORT,COMMON COURTESY, ETC. I HAVE TRIED OTHER COMPANIES,BUT WILL NEVER AGAIN.
