They were very responsive to all my questions when I called and got a quote for the new water heater over the phone. They were cheaper than the other plumber I called for the same service and equipment, so I went with them. They could have been out that day, but I was not available. They came when they said they would, the installation took as long as estimated. Mark and Eric came out and they did a lot of work installing the new water heater since it was bigger than the old one and they had to move some of the pipes yet they charged exactly what they said they would (I could have spent $100 less, but I decided to get the longer warranty on the unit). I had a small problem with one of my toilets after they water was turned back on and they came out and fixed it for free. They were very responsive to my needs, I am pleased with their work and their prices and I would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. They are good, fair and honest.

They are very reliable. You can always get a hold of them. They always come when they say they are going to come. They come within 24 hours if it’s an emergency situation. They explain what the problem is. We have been very happy with them.

They had the best price and suggestions out of all of the people that we called. What we really like about the people that came out were very knowledgeable, they worked in tandem, they came when they said they were going to come, they finished when they said they were going to finish and they were clean. To date, they have done a really good job. It has been about a month or so. We were happy that they were able to do such a small job because a lot of plumbers do not do the small jobs. We were really happy with them.

They seemed to do ok with the first sink although, despite being offered a roll of paper towels to clean up any dirt, they took, additionally, 3 of our bathroom towels to use. It turned out, however, that they didn't install the faucet correctly: it was loose and crooked. They also left the bathroom a mess. They did not offer to throw away the old parts for us or ask if we wanted to keep them: they just left them in the bathroom. We were charged for more time than they stayed. Although I notified the company of my dissatisfaction, and a manager returned my call, he said he would tell the boss but the boss never contacted me. Overall, very poor customer service!

The were able to make my shower handle turn easier but unable to replace the trim piece on the handle. I chose to replace the handle (my self), but I'm not happy with quality or style of the new handle. The shim they added under the rocking toilet is showing through the clear caulking they used. I will either have to paint, caulk, or re-caulk.

Anthony and Dave were friendly and courteous. They did the work rapidly and well. Their price was very reasonable, as compared with other plumbers in the area. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME (EVEN A LITTLE EARLY). THE TWO TASKS WERE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER, WITH GOOD CLEANUP AFTERWARD. I PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN ON OTHER JOBS.
