+ -1 moreWe are first-time homebuyers and had our inspection done by Dr. House-Olivier. He was very thorough and concise. We learned much about maintaining a house and the priority items we must address. We are very inquisitive and he was very patient, honest and responsive with our questions and concerns. We felt more at ease and confident in our potential house purchase. His report was also right on point, timely and detailed consisting of 250+ pages complete with pictures and explanations. We really got to know the nooks and crannies of the house. He also gave us a book about home inspections to supplement the inspection. We were very pleased with the service and highly recommend Olivier for home inspections.

+ -1 moreI have bought several homes and hired more then a few home inspectors. Olivier was the best I have ever dealt with. He spent hours and looked at every inch of the house. His inspection was very thorough and complete he found things that no one else would have.Most of these guys just mail you a template Olivier really inspected my house and made sure there were no surprises. If you are buying a home this is the guy you want.
