About us

For the past 15 years I have been the Sole Proprietor and have no employees to perform my services besides me. (my husband may assist me on various projects). Before any project is considered, I need to consult with the client to determine what needs to be addressed at the site. During the consultation the fee to perform the services may be determined or a short period of time may be required. A schedule will then be implemented and payment is required on completion of services. References are also available upon request.

They originally suggested $350.00 for the work but I suggested $450.00 because I new what they would have to do due to the dog. My brother had an unneutered chihuahua that was not well potty trained. I had told them they did not have to clean the cobwebs up above but they still ended up doing this. They scrubbed floors, cleaned out all the cabinets, the basement, and spot cleaned everything in the house. They really take pride in their work and did such a great job. After 24 hours of the house being on the market, the house was sold.
Description of Work: I hired them to clean my brothers home along with the garage and basement. This is a very large home with a lot of rooms.
