Terrible and dishonest company. They send incompetent people who do not even speak English. The end result is severe damage to your property and very dangerous hazards left that can result in serious harm to your family. Avoid this company at all costs.

Fantastic professional deep cleaning of a 3 story townhouse with a crew of 3 most efficient and hardworking ladies during 4.5 hrs. Outstanding customer service from booking of appt (Arturo) to completion of cleaning by the 3 ladies (Juana, Nely & Isabel)! I can eat off the floor after the cleaning was completed!

Our house had not been properly cleaned in quite some time and due to Covid19 AND with all my kids (4) home 24/7 (in addition to 2 shedding dogs) I was desperate and just looking for a "good" cleaning. Well, we got all that and MORE!! I asked for 4 hours and in that time period three amazing women, who brought everything (vacuum, bags, mops, brooms, all cleaning supplies...) whipped through my home and brought it back to life. They did such a terrific job even my children noticed. Bathrooms sparked, wooden floors gleamed, I could eat off my kitchen counters...they even attacked my fridge and it looked show house ready. Best gift I ever gave myself -- If you are at all hesitant, toss all concerns aside and run (don't wait) and give them a try. I believe you too will be a return customer on a regular basis. On a side note, I am in NO way affiliated with this company. My praise is real as is desire to use them again and again. I had been hesitant to have people over because my house has been in such a state of chaos/mess and asked my sister who made her house shine and she shared her secret. Looking forward to hosting again and not being concerned that my house is not up to snuff! With Westchester Maids, it is now ;)

the cleaning was fine, but when I tried to set up a regular bi-weekly cleaning they couldn't accommdate the times I wanted. They said they would check and see if they could rearrange the schedule and promised to call back, but they did not.

Bris and her team of two other maids did a great job - I feel like living on a new home! They even cleaned in a lot of places I did NOT point out to them. Thanks - will defenitely use this service again.
