His team came in on time every morning, worked all day and was respectful and definitely knew what they were doing. They were craftsmen, their work was impeccable, and they cleaned up as they went along! I wallpaper and painted the bedroom and bathroom, painted the living room, removing track lighting and installing a chandelier over the dining area, had an intricate mural on the foyer wall and completely gutted the kitchen where they installed tile floor, backsplash, new cabinets and appliances. Once the unit came in, I called Bill to install the unit. He agreed on a date and time and never showed. I rescheduled and he didn't show again. I left phone mails and sent an email indicating that he'd be in breach if he didn't install by a certain date. I have yet to hear from him. Fortunately, I had a hold-back provision in the contract. I needed to find another contractor to complete the job. Elite also never completed the punch list issues."
