The problem was pointed out to him at the outset....carpenter ants in the master bedroom and adjacent half room....he said if that didn't do it he would have to come back and drill small holes and fumigate...when I called because the treatment had not worked he said that it would cost $800 to do that. He pointed out that big exterminating companies would charge $1,200. This felt like a bait and switch since he knew the problem from the beginning. He also did not call me back for 3-4 days.
Description of Work: He did minimal spraying for the price quoted and then said it would be more effective if he power sprayed the whole exterior..

+ -1 moreJohn was successful at completely exterminating the ground bees over the entire complex. John is extremely professional, honest and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Problem Solved for any exterminating needs may have!

Description of Work: I first called John in back in 2000 when the front of our house was attacked by carpenter bees. Since then, we've had reason to call two or three times for other pest invasions. He's always been available within 24 hours, is sensitive to our environmental concerns, and has a pleasant demeanor for someone who is basically a serial killer! The area in front of our house is a very heavily wooded area, and John is on his way now to deal with the three strange looking beetles that were spotted in our daughter's room yesterday. The company name says it all "Problem Solved" and I give them my unqualified recommendation.
