flooring contractor
+ -1 moreThe floor looks great. We wanted it there before my father's 75th birthday party which was on June 14th. Everybody commented on how beautiful the floor was and how professionally it was done.
Description of Work: We had Peter do our basement flooring and we wanted to put a floor down in our living room before our new furniture came. Unfortunately we called Peter too late and the flooring we picked out would take 3 weeks so he brought new samples like he did the first time and we picked a new sample he could get right away. He had trouble with the flooring company so he didn't get the flooring (very thick linoleum that looks like wood) until the day the furniture arrived. The furniture came before he did so he put the floor down with the couch and love seat there. We had all the other pieces of the living room out. He also helped my nephew bring down our leather chair to the basement which meant they had to take it out the front door and around the house to the sliding glass doors in the back. He did a very good job and he took his time.

+ -1 moreOverall, he does work fast and we told him he didn't have to rush but if you needed a job done right away he is your man. We still have boxes of tiles left and we will call him when we want him to put them in our kitchen upstairs and the dining room.
Description of Work: We had tile and needed to have it installed in our basement before our new stove came. I looked up flooring and came across Peter's name. I read the one report he had and I thought he sounded good so I gave the number to my mother and she called him and he called right back. He installed the tile and evened out the floor with cement before he installed it. He did a wonderful job and gave us great tips on how to paint the rest of our basement. We took his tips and the basement is coming out looking great.

+ 0 morePeter was prompt, punctual, clean and professional. He helped me change my original plan of putting linoleum in the kitchens. It wouldn't have held up due to moving the big refrigerators. He recommended DuraCeramic Tiles. Thank heavens he did. They are fairly new and terrific. He measured the rooms and told Freight Liquidators what to order. When it arrived he returned and did a beautiful job installing the linoleum in the bathroom and the DuraCeramic Tiles in two kitchens. One kitchen had marble tiles that had to be cemented smooth and then the tiles glued on. The other kitchen had vinyl tiles to be covered. Both kitchens were very small and very hard to work in. It involved moving large appliances. Peter was cheerful, fast and does very lovely work-I am delighted with the job, and wanted to share him! Now to go down and admire the job again!
Description of Work: I bought the linoleum for a small bathroom, and DuraCeramic Tiles for my two kitchens at Freight Liquidators. Peter was sent to measure and install both.
