+ -1 morePrompt, professional, reasonably priced - I just can't say enough good things about them. They always call and schedule a yearly check-up of our system and when we have an emergency, I've never had to wait more than a few hours to have them come over. My favorite story is a few years back, Jim was out fixing something with our system. 2 days later, he shows up at the front door and says "i keep thinking about something I think I saw with your system and I haven't been able to sleep, so I need to look at it". Who does that? People's does...
Description of Work: I've had a service contract with People's Gas for several years now and they are just the best. They service our boiler and radiator system in a 1909 house.

+ -1 moreI FIND HIM PROMPT, CLEAN AND THAT HE DOES A GOOD JOB. I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM. I FIND HIM PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. I FIND HIM KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CONFIDENT. I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY BURNER. IT IS PROBABLY BECAUSE HE SERVICES THE BURNER. I FEEL THAT HE IS HONEST. I DON'T FEEL LIKE I AM BEING RIPPED OFF. IT'S A FATHER-SON BUSINESS. YOU DON'T GET LOST LIKE IN THE BIG COMPANIES WHEN YOU JUST KIND OF BECOME A NUMBER.
Description of Work: IT WAS BASIC FURNACE MAINTENANCE. THEY CLEANED THE BURNER AND REPLACED THE FILTER AS WELL AS ANY PARTS THAT NEED REPLACING.
