I ordered a printer online for curbside pickup and almost immediately got an email that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived I was told that the item had been out of stock for some time. This required me to go into the store which I had wanted to avoid because of COVID risks being a person over 65 who is immune compromised. The only explanation that a staff person and the manager could offer was that it was a 'computer glitch' but clearly they had no real understanding of how the online ordering system worked. The best they would do was to offer me a 10% discount on a lesser quality printer (I needed to replace my printer right away for work at home purposes). This was not the first time I had a problem with a purchase at this store.

I got it when I wanted it.

The dryer was hardwired. The guy almost started a fire in my house. I sent them away. They came back over with a brand new one because it had popped my circuit and I had to call my electrician. I didn't want the same unit there because they might have done something to mess up the internals of the unit so they brought over a new unit. The guy that installed it rushed through it. It's not even leveled properly. They leveled it with the booklets on how to run the machine. He folded that up and put it under one of the legs. He didn't reverse the door to open to the left instead of the right like I had wanted it and all this other stuff and he left and that was that. They still haven't given me the credits that they were supposed to because they were going to lower the price because of the aggravation and me having to call my electrician and they almost burned down my house.

I experience with them was fine and they had the best price around.
