Optimum Pool Service

They charged me $145.00 a week for the cleaning of the pool with the chemicals. That came out to $3630.73 for the season. They demanded I give them 50% up front which was $1815.36 on 4/8/22 which was on my credit card. The pool liner came to $8220.62 which they took $4110.31 deposit on as well. Altogether they got over $5900.00. After I paid them, they were supposed to come May 1st or May 2nd. By May 5th, I called them and they made excuses of the weather and other things. I told them to refund my money. On May 6th, I had another company come to open the pool and had the liner done by another company. They then told me they would not give me my money back because the liner was a custom order. This was not true as this was a standard liner. On May 20th they sent me an email saying it was due to covid and men were sick as to why they could not do the work. On May 23rd they said they would refund me as they could not do the work. I am out money from this company and no work was done. I am still trying to get my money back. I would never recommend them.

Excellent as usual We have been using this company for 4 years and the service has been exceptional prices are reasonable we use them for opening and closing and bi weekly service. Naceim is wonderful at diagnosing and keeping us informed with the problem and solution. Great for last minute issues which in our case was resolved on friday for a saturday pool party.
