They did a great job. The previous steps were 25 years old. He was a nice guy. They did the work. They were efficient. They did a good job cleaning up, that's for sure. I thought it was a good price. I can't imagine I would have been able to find a lower price with all the work they did for less. Everyone's always going to fuss about price. It was $10,000 and a lot of money. I knew it was going to be a lot, because of the work that needed to be done. They put in a new skimmer system also at the pool. They had to get rid of concrete and it was a lot of work they did. They removed concrete. I had to get someone else to pour the concrete. But, that was pretty cheap. It was someone that Nick recommended and I used him. It's hard to tell about quality. You can't kind of tell for a couple of years. Right now, it looks good. It sure better look good. With a pool I might not know. The stairs might leak. But, they may not leak for another 3 years. If they do, they did a crappy job. The old stairs lasted for 25 years. So far, so good. They were really, really good on responsiveness. Punctuality and professionalism were excellent. I would use him in the future.
