Description of Work: I called with a problem in my freezer. He called back quickly. He asked me several questions and told me how to solve the problem. He was absolutely on target; problem solved. It cost me nothing. He could easily have made a visit to assess the problem and he would have gotten paid, but he saved me that cost. I would definitely trust him and call him in the future.

+ 2 moreThe cement work was good. He didn't give the paint two coats. He also painted something I didn't want painted. He was supposed to come back and burn it off, but he never did. He replaced some posts in the front of my house and both of them have split. He did not do it correctly either.

+ 2 moreOverall his work was pretty good. The post that he replaced split a bit on the four corners. He replaced some wood on the outside of my dining room window but he didn't match the thickness to the other window.
Description of Work: He painted some trim, replaced some posts and did some cement work.
