We thought they were terrific, reasonable. They did a lot of work. They removed a lot of stuff in the basement. The house had been built in 1920 and a portion of it was done in cinder block. We bought stones and they put it down on the ground as if they were making a puzzle. They built it on front of the house and it is absolutely magnificent, it just looks beautiful. They climbed all over the house, it terrified me. I had shingles from the original roof replacement and they took them and climbed up there with them. They did an amazing job, everything was precise and neat. It was a father and 2 sons, they were just a pleasure to have around - very very nice. Nothing seemed to be out of their league. I had some trees that needed to come down, they offered for their brother-in-law to give me a quote and came back to let me know he couldn't do it because he wasn't licensed in this area. He was so professional in letting me know the reason why.

They are clean, tidy, and conscientious. They have just done a very good job. I have a stone house. I had a tree fallen on the house. They have put the stones back, they have the paddles back, and they have put the cast iron back. They have done a lovely job, making the house look like it wasn't damaged. I am very pleased with them. Often you are afraid when you go with a new contractor and this was a word-of-mouth recommendation. They gave me a proposal and I was a little nervous about it because it was all hand written and sometimes, the contractors are so sophisticated. I paid them in installments. It is a father and two-son business. My house is 90 years old. He took down copper gutters, which broke my heart to remove the copper gutters; but it was timed. They brought them to the recycled and gave us a cash rebate for the amount that he sold the copper for, which was nice.
