Alex is punctual, courteous and efficient. Some wiring were incorrectly connected by the vent cleaning company and he fixed it in less than an hour. He also explained our options should we have another/different issue with the unit.

Checkup was good but they found a faulty capacitor which needed to be changed - I agreed, it was leaking. The charge for the capacitor was $200+ and I did have them change it as the old one was obviously bad but when I checked the price of these online - about $50 for the capacitor and roughly $90 for service charge (total of $140) I though the $200 was excessive. They also recommended 2lbs. of freon - R22 (for greater efficiency) for $400 which I did not do. When I checked around I found the average price to do this was about $270, including service charge.

Good. Found a capacitor that was blown which caused the condenser fan not to run. Changed the capacitor.

Technician arrived on time, did a very good job cleaning the air handler, changed both internal and external filters. Very good job on assessing the compressor and charging it with freon.

We needed refrigerant and it was recommended that we replace the starter in one of the outdoor units as it was corroded. We also took out a service contract.

The technician was neat and clean and used booties on his shoes with out being asked. Cleaned up after the work was done. While doing the work, suggested having the thermocouple replaced to save on future down time. Made sure I understood why he was making the recommendation before starting work. Had the parts in hand and completed all the work in a timely manner.

It went great. The tech was very thorough and took the time to explain to me how the condenser and air handler worked, etc. He also took the time to answer all of my questions about my A/C system. I would definitely hire again next season.

I was not sure if it was indeed needed to be replaced because they wanted such an outrageous price. It was $185 for a small piece of wire. But since winter was coming, I had it repaired. Then I asked about the pricing on a couple of very simple things, like to replace the valve on the radiator. They quoted a price of $100 for a part that is about $10 and a 5 minute job. It was an outrageous price. I absolutely will not be using them again. I called them for an inspection, and as a result of the inspection, they had to replace the part. I had to pay separately, and I am not upset about the price but I wasn't sure it needed to be replaced.

Tech showed up early and spent what seemed like a fair amount of time checking pressures, vacuuming the unit, etc. He verbally described each step of service performed, and provided a very detailed written report. I asked him about some additional work that another vendor had suggested and he recommended against it, which was surprising. He was patient and seemed very knowledgable.

After completing the job it worked fine but very shortly after stopped working again. I was never able to get in contact with him after that and the job done was ineffective so I was not satisfied.

They showed up on time to service equipment when ever there was an issue.

The service person was polite, on time, and even waited for me, although I was a little late to get home for the appointed time. He seemed to do a thorough job, and helped get my humidifier working when someone previously told me I needed to replace it.

They evaluated my old water heater, showed me what was wrong, and had it replaced the next day.

It turned out fine. There was some dripping going down the piping after they were here. I called them about it and they responded right away. They were prompt, very professional and knowledgeable.
