I called Mase Electric on a Saturday in a panic as electricity in half of my house had gone out and John Masone picked up and and gave me the names of electricians that were closer to my location,,,,,,they never called back and I then called John again,,,,he came up from Yonkers and told us what the problem was,,,,it was Con Ed's. He, in turn, called ConEd and told them of the problem,,,we were back on-line in three hours. John's team then came back and gave us a new electrical box as ours was outdated and wire loose. Working with John professionally was great,,,,I would rate he and his team 5' across the board. He called back the night after the new box was installed wanting to know if I was happy and how his team did. I would recommend to my family and friends.

I attempted to use my microwave and stove and they were not working. Another service provider actually thoroughly checked everything to see where the issue was coming from. An outlet was burnt out and creating a fire hazard. We had to shut down all electricity and the fire department came out and did an inspection and determined there could have been a fire due to an issue that should have been detected in the initial inspection by Mase.

They told me it was going to be $90 for the service call, and $125 for the first hour. He said he would be here in an hour, and he actually arrived in 2-3 hours. He turned on the gas, took off a tag, told me I didn't need anything else done, and they charged me $215. The tech was here for 10 minutes; he wasn't even here for an hour! He didn't even leave me an invoice, and I had to call the office to request one.

It went very well. I called them and was very surprised at how courteous the woman was. It just so happened that he was near our neighborhood and he came within the same hour. He was very professional, friendly,and courteous. He finished within half an hour. He was very pleasant and nice. I would definitely recommend them.
