+ -1 moreI was pleased with the company and the work. They said they would pick up between 1 and 3pm, and they called to tell me it would be closer to 1pm, and sure enough, at 1pm on the dot the doorbell rang. I had rolled the rug, and the gentleman threw it over his shoulder and took it away and said it would be back one week later. And it was, all beautifully wrapped in brown paper. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I had a 9 x 12 wool rug in my living room that had normal need for cleaning, however there was one section that had a lot of pet odors due to accidents by our loyal companion. They were very honest in telling me that they could certainly clean and deodorize the rug, but that the pet odors would not completely disappear.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY PICKED IT UP AT THE DOOR AND DROPPED IT OFF AT THE DOOR. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR AT LEAST EIGHT YEARS.
Description of Work: AREA RUGS WERE SENT OUT ONE AT A TIME TO BE CLEANED.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY CAME AND CLEANED MY RUGS AND CARPETS. THEY INSPECTED THE RUGS AND CARPETS AND WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND I WOULD REHIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE CLEANING AND REPAIRS TO CARPETS AND RUGS.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS CALLED TO QUOTE A VERY SMALL JOB, THAT MOST OTHER COMPANIES CALLED, DID NOT WANT. THEY WERE GLAD TO HANDLE THE JOB, AS WELL AS SUGGESTED A REPAIR RUG COMPANY.
