Kevin Vaughan and I agreed to meet at my home to discuss the repair and replacement of windowsills, roof flashing, and brick tuckpointing on the afternoon of April 25, 2013. When he did not arrive, I called him. He apologized and said he forgot. We agreed to meet again the morning of April 27th between 10AM and noon. He said he would see me more likely around 11AM. At 10AM I sent a text to remind him of the appointment. At 11:30 AM I called his number and left a message on his voicemail. Kevin did not show up. This behavior can only be described as unprofessional.
Description of Work: I am a homeowner looking to hire a responsible mason to help me resolve water infiltration issues.
