Great job on my driveway, and very good price!

Luis and his staff were quick and efficient. He made sure to explain every step. His crew were friendly and we appreciated how they cleaned up after work was done. We are very happy with the work that was done. To note, The work done was for an over garage deck repair. Luis led his team to repair water damaged areas, fill in cracks, replace tiles, water proof deck and paint walls in and out of garage.

Luis Monge and his crew were true professionals. Their prices were reasonable, and their work was impeccably done. We were having major leak issues in our garage and laundry room. They repaired and tiled the porch, took care of the many issues surrounding the front stairs and outside the garage area. We weren't planning on having them take care of our retaining walls and inside the garage and laundry area, but after seeing their results, we added these tasks onto the scope of work. They completed everything in the timeline they gave us, and we were pleased with all of the work they did. A couple of days after the work was completed, the skies opened up, and even with the record setting rainfall, we were grateful that there were zero leaks. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks for a reference. You'll be so happy you called them.

Used JLA for an interior remodeling project I had been wanting to take care of for years. They understood what I was going for and were both accomodating to adjustments and reasonable in terms of price. Luis and his team were all professional, personable and courteous - and everything turned out great!

Outstanding work done both interior and exterior on our 1950 brick house which included; 1. Total kitchen remodel which included new floor, lighting, custom built in cabinets, 2. Installed new roof and gutters, new sidewalk, new driveway, wrap around stone deck and fencing. 3. Worked with our architect, engineer, and plumber to install central air and attic fan. 4. Replaced all old windows with new energy efficient windows. 5. Installed dry wells. 6. Installed new wood floors in two bedrooms. 7. Followed architectâ s drawings to build new front entrance canopy. 8. Outstanding exterior brickwork and interior carpentry and painting. 9. Remodeled living room door way to install antique French doors.

They put a new stairwell and did a little door painting. They were terrific. It was good. They call me on Monday, did the service on Thursday and done all that day. I highly recommend them.

Lusi and his brother were very professional with their approach to the deck concept rebuild for our deck. We also had them power wash and seal our patio and walkway pavers. They started on schedule and completed on time. The quality of work was top-notch overall. I would look to have them on future projects at my homeâ a pleasure to work with and attentive to our needs.

A tree fell on my house Christmas Day. It broke my PVC fence. I found JLA and they were willing to repair my fence in the dead of winter. They did a great job. Luis noticed I needed cement work repair. I told him I would call in the Spring and I did. Luis and his team, with my approval, gave the house a total and much needed face lift. To give you a sense, all concrete was removed and replaced with pavers, driveway and steps included, driveway walls were repaired, covered in stucco, and topped in bluestone, the stairs were topped in bluestone, the bricks on the house were pointed, the front of the house was refaced with stucco., the awning was removed and replaced, the wrought iron rail was removed and replaced, the entire house was painted, my PVC fence was cleaned, my backyard pavers were cleaned and sealed, my backyard fence was repaired and sealed, my gutters were repaired, my back step was repaired and, if that was not enough, my garage was painted and commercial tile placed on the floor and shelving put on the walls. There were other things that I know I am leaving out but the point is there is nothing that Luis and the team cannot do and they do it so pleasantly. They are hard-working and completely trustworthy. I can't begin to tell you how many compliments I get on my home now...and even my garage. It seems like a silly thing but I use the garage to enter my house and it really looked awful before. A friend of my husband's stopped by yesterday and they say men never notice anything...well this one did. He noticed everything we did on the house and he was really impressed. I recommend Luis and the team to you with absolutely no reservations at all. JLA can take care of all you home improvement/repair needs. No need to call anyone else.

I would have appreciated this owner to abide by his work and repair what needed to be done.

His team worked very hard. He did the job well and adjusted the project as needed to meet the needs of my home and property. He didnt make any decisions without asking me first and made suggections when appropriate.

I originally hired JLA Home Improvement to repair/replace my stonewall and some vinyl fencing panels/posts due to damages at my property in White Plains, N.Y. from a recent storm. Louis pricing was great and I ended up signing a contract for repairs and renovations that consisted of multiple projects in and outside of the house ranging from masonry, siding repair, painting to carpentry work. The house was originally built in the late 1800's and sits on a hill making repairs more challenging, definitely opening the can of worms here, the guys were all dedicated to please and get the job done and Louis was more than fair with the pricing when additional work was found in which I was grateful for. They did an excellent job with the retaining wall and masonry work outside in the dead of winter and my wife was extremely happy with the new modern kitchen, bathroom and upgrades, Highly recommend the crew.

Workman ship is excellent. Neat and cleans up everything wouldnâ t even know they were there except for the beautiful work they did as a reminder

Luis and his team told us the job would take 4 days they completed them in 2! That was great! The patio looks great...I would definitely recommend using him. The guys did a great job cleaning up the job site...so good that they threw out some planters that I wanted to keep but no big deal. Overall we are very pleased!

Terrible, verbally abusive and possibly mentally unbalanced. Language including racial and homophobic slurs were the response to asking about the project. Save your money and go to someone relatable

Luis Monge is a great contractor. He will do the job as many times as you would like until you are happy. He will work with you and will make sure that an accord is met where both parties are content. He remodeled an apartment from bottom up, he completed a Deck project, retaining walls and pavers pathway. All modifications are contractually agreed upon and there is no surprises. I feel that I found a contractor that I can use for everything. The guys is great. I will recommend him 100% of the time without reservations or hesitation.

The pricing was transparent, and the work was done in excellent timing. I honestly could not have asked for a better group of guys to work on my house. They demo'd my basement, and left the area spotless. They even went out of their way to remove an old cinder block wall for me with no extra charge. Thank you Luis!

Everything was fine, but at the end they made a few mistakes but nothing major, but other that that it was great.
