He understood what I needed done and when I needed it done by. He did a thorough inspection of the clubhouse and quoted me a very fair price. I hired him and he came out within a few days to do the job. He asked me to inspect the clubhouse before he left. I have to say, I was very impressed with his work. I was so pleased with his work that I actually hired him to do another job of cleaning the hallways in our complex. I would highly recommend this company."

"I had a piece of siding that blew off in a storm. They were able to fix it within 24h, but I had to buy a whole box of siding and the new piece is a different gray color. Now I have a whole box of siding in my garage that isn't even the same color as my house. Additionally, after the work was done they guy basically told me that I should redo the siding on my whole house and was very pushy that I get it done now and at a very high price. Needless to say, I left the 30yo siding that I have on the house and will be hiring a different company if and when I decide to redo the whole house."

"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."
