Michael was about 1/2 hour early, but unfortunately I was not home. He graciously waited for me! He was polite, explained what he was doing and did an excellent job in cleaning my mother's reclining chair and sofa! Thank You Michael for an awesome job!

THEY WOKE ME UP BEFORE 8AM ON A SUNDAY MORNING AFTER I HAD PUT IN THE REQUEST ON SATURDAY NIGHT. DON'T DO THAT! OTHERWISE THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, TIMELY AND EFFICIENT.

Scheduling was great, but the job was unsatisfactory. They cleaned one rug and removed an antique afghan rug on Friday. On Sunday they called and said the afghan rug was ready. When they brought it back there was still dog hair and they blatantly spot cleaned the rug. Very unprofessional. Very careless and unthoughtful. The rug looks terrible.

They still have not done no jobs for us, but they were very professional over the phone and responded to our call in a quickly matter. I am waiting on some documents that I sent Michael and waiting on his response
