They came immediately because I was leaving the next day for vacation. The technician called ahead of time, arrived when he said he would, was polite and knowledgeable.

They had to reschedule my initial appointment, but the job was done efficiently and the technician was very good.

I can't rate the work done because the sofas cushion was actually burned, and although Michael tried, there was nothing anyone could do. ( we're having it reupholstered). But he charged a nominal amount which included pickup and delivery. Very fair.

Michael was very persistent and through setting up the apartment. The two technicians who came to clean were on time and very professional. They only took about 35 minutes and were courteous and very nice. It took a lot longer to dry (about 24 hrs) than I was told (about 5 hours) and I did not like the fragrance that lasted for a few days (which may be unavoidable). Not all of the upholstery came clean but they warned me it may not, but overall it looks better. Would recommend.

Totally satisfactory - prompt, thorough, efficient and pleasant, they did a very good job at a very reasonable price. I would and will use them again and would absolutely recommend them to others.

When we contacted Halo they gave us a great price and arrived as scheduled. They cleaned our living room and two bedroom rugs. After the floors dried I noticed a few spots in one of the bedrooms that needed touching up so I called them and they responded quickly and came back to redo the spots without extra charge. After that visit I noticed that the area under my dinning room table legs were spotty and wished that they had move this piece of furniture when they had cleaned. I did not call them back. Beside this, I felt that their service and customer service were good because of their professional and friendly response to my requests. Little Mike and Big Scott did a good job.
